These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and cc6bet ("cc6bet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at cc6bet.cam. To register and use cc6bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of cc6bet or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You must not have had a previous cc6bet account closed, suspended, or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cc6bet or any relevant gaming authority.

cc6bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, upon withdrawal requests, or as part of our ongoing Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the cc6bet platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other credentials used to access your cc6bet account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cc6bet will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify cc6bet support immediately.

cc6bet implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful verification. cc6bet reserves the right to close accounts or withhold funds where satisfactory verification cannot be completed.

You may request the closure of your cc6bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and clearance of pending bonus wagering obligations. cc6bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms.

cc6bet supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.

All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. cc6bet does not charge fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with cc6bet's standard payout schedule. Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the processing times of the receiving institution. cc6bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC verification has been completed.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• cc6bet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

cc6bet offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the full account registration and verification process.
• Each player is entitled to claim any specific bonus only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable between players and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.

All bets and wagers placed on cc6bet are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game. In the event of any technical malfunction during the course of a game or sports event, cc6bet's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round or wager shall be final.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, league, and market type. Void bets, postponed events, and abandoned matches are handled in accordance with cc6bet's sportsbook rules. In-play betting is available on selected events and is subject to the availability of live data feeds.

Casino and Live Dealer Games: All casino games on cc6bet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios and are subject to the operational rules of the respective live dealer platform provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cc6bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the cc6bet platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in poker or other competitive formats.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software. Any such discoveries must be reported to cc6bet support immediately.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or cc6bet staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with any other player's account or with cc6bet's backend systems.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or allowing third parties to use your account for wagering purposes.

All content on the cc6bet platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and any other materials, are the exclusive property of cc6bet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine laws on copyright, trademarks, and patents.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cc6bet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the cc6bet platform without the prior written consent of cc6bet. Any unauthorized use of cc6bet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cc6bet and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, arising out of or in connection with your use of the cc6bet platform.

cc6bet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While cc6bet takes all reasonable steps to maintain the security and availability of the platform, we cannot guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical failures beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

cc6bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with the tools and resources they need to maintain control over their gaming activities. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered cc6bet players:

Amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the update notice, or immediately upon publication where no effective date is specified. Your continued use of the cc6bet platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and the regulations of the relevant gaming authority under whose license cc6bet operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to cc6bet's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a dispute, you must contact cc6bet customer support in writing, providing full details of the nature of the dispute, the relevant account information, and any supporting documentation. cc6bet will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and will endeavor to provide a full resolution within 14 business days. All dispute decisions made by cc6bet's compliance team are final subject to the escalation process described below.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided through the internal dispute process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority. cc6bet will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by the regulatory authority and will abide by its findings.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
